NESTFIRE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NestFIRE mobile application (the "App"), published by DS-Lab, Singapore ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 16 years old — or the age of contractual capacity in your country, if higher — to use the App or purchase a subscription.

Where you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the extent it is not inconsistent with these Terms.

All projections, scores, estimates, and figures produced by the App are mathematical illustrations based on the numbers you enter and stated assumptions. They are estimates, not guarantees, and actual outcomes will differ. Pension, tax, and retirement rules vary by country and change over time — always verify figures with official sources in your country, and consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser before making financial decisions.

NestFIRE is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, pension scheme, financial institution, insurer, or investment product provider.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App; reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where the law permits; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent the App's outputs as professional financial advice to others.

NestFIRE Pro

Optional Pro features are available by auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown at the point of purchase in your local currency. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Free Trial

The App offers a one-time 14-day free trial of Pro features that requires no payment method and does not convert into a paid subscription: it simply ends after 14 days. Separately, the annual subscription may include an introductory free-trial period offered through the App Store or Google Play; that introductory trial is managed by the store, requires a payment method, and converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. The applicable price and trial length are always shown before you confirm any purchase. A one-time "Lifetime" purchase may also be offered; it is not a subscription and nothing renews.

Refunds & Cancellation Rights

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google; refund requests are handled by them under their respective policies.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under the consumer law of your country, that right is unaffected by these Terms. Because purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds and cancellations are processed by Apple or Google under their published policies.

Your financial data is stored only on your device — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping backups of your data (the App provides an encrypted export), and for remembering your backup password — we cannot recover data or backup passwords for you. Deleting the App deletes the data stored in it.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that projections will prove accurate. Pension, tax, and retirement rules vary by country and change over time; the App's assumptions may lag official announcements.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, NestFIRE and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any financial decision made in reliance on the App's outputs. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) SGD 100.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time; the current Terms are always available at this page, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the App (or your access, if you breach these Terms) at any time. Store-managed subscriptions remain governed by Apple/Google policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You may bring proceedings in the courts of Singapore or, if you are a consumer, in the courts of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms (for example, if the App is sold), provided your rights are not adversely affected. You may not transfer yours without our consent.

Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
